Hi, I’m Che Nom, the founder of a popular cooking channel on YouTube. My Youtube channel, also named after me, features a range of traditional Malaysian cuisine and international dishes. I’ve been passionate about cooking since I was 14, learning from my mother. Since then, I’ve been experimenting with various recipes in the kitchen, and it has become my lifelong passion.
Before pursuing my passion for cooking, I worked as a Telecommunication Engineer at one of Malaysia’s biggest telcos for over ten years. However, as a hobby, I began sharing my recipes on the Iresipi.com website, and they quickly became popular; this led me to create videos for my YouTube channel in 2018. I eventually left my job to become a full-time YouTuber.
As a reliable source for fail-proof recipes, I have gained the trust of over 2 million subscribers and garnered 280 million views. Every recipe goes through multiple testing and improvements before production to ensure top-notch quality and user-friendliness. My ultimate goal is to empower home cooks to prepare tasty meals confidently and support small businesses in serving delicious food to their customers.
